Happy New Year! A time for looking forward …
Water supply is a critical issue. Forget oil. This is a far more urgent and major consideration for the future. It was number one on my list of criteria for any property I looked at, not just for the individual property, but for the area as a whole. Good water, plentiful water, live water.
